As each town has plenty bridal shops, from small local ones in the suburbs to huge central ones, from cheap market stall to the high fashion ones, it is impossible to answer your question with real information.
All of the shops will have white dresses, as it is still the most used colour.
And resonable is also not a very descriptive word, with prices ranging from $ 200 to $ 20000 for a single dress, (or even outside it on both ends.)
