When she's married and feels that it's an appropriate time.

When she thinks she is ready and she is mature enough.
I have a friend who is 13 years old , and pregnant.
Her boyfriend is 17 and a drug addict. She almost had her baby 3 months early, and he didnt even come cuz he was too busy smoking with his friends.

So if you are considering getting prgnant, make sure you are in love. Your boyfriend/husband does not do drugs or abuses alchohal, you should at LEAST be 18, and know you are ready. Have your own house, enough money for child support, and be in love.

I am only 13, But I have strong oppinions on this stuff..

Again because of my friend, which is a terribally sad story.

If you are pregnant at the age betwen..
well..

anything and 18 years old, you will probably be considered a SL*T or WH*RE or SK*NK or H*E or any of those other names.

So basically, be sure you're in love and with a nice guy, live in your own house, be wealthy, and mature.

I really hope I helped.

The right time for a woman to get pregnant is when she has the physical health and emotional maturity to handle the pregnancy. Besides that, she should have a constant source of income, a safe house or apartment, means for transportation, access to ample food and clothing, and the ability to handle stress.

Have your kids before you are 20. That way you will have the energy to keep up with them plus they will be out of the house before you are 40. Also their grandparents will be younger and they will be able to help more. Kids love their grandparents and will be able to spend more time with them.

I've seen a lot of 35 year olds fail in the child rearing department, they think cause they are older that they know everything. Not true.

After she is married. Settled down. Thought about it. With the husband. Ready for it. With all financial stabilities. You dont want to bring a child to an ugly world.

When she is in a marriage with mutual love and respect, and wants to have a child with her partner (provided that her partner wants to as well). They must both be financially able to support the child, and have the ability to protect and bring up the child as best they can in a loving family environment. They must both also be mentally, psychologically, emotionally (and physically, I suppose?) able for parenthood.
