I just moved into an apartment in Denver/Glendale less than a week ago. I signed a six month lease. The lease does not cover pest control. Here is what I've been through: killed 25+ roaches within my first three days here. Thursday my apartment was sprayed, but I found and killed nine later that night.
I have bed bug bites on my leg, arm, chest, and even my face.

Management tried to say I brought these with me, but I had to look roaches up to see what they even looked like. I have never had bed bugs. I don't feel remotely comfortable living here, and upon speaking with management/other tenants this is an ongoing problem that isn't going to be fixed.

When I was being shown the apartment it was during the daytime, and I was told there were "a few bugs from time to time", not PESTS. I realize I should have asked, but I am not experienced with this.

Is this considered a breach of lease? If not, how would I get out of my lease and not pay the fees?

I would call the board of health to get things straightened out. I wouldn't be too worried about keeping a long term relationship with the landlord so call in the big guns. This sure is some health violation.pp

If the lease states the landlord isnt liable, then you are.Keep in mind,if your apt was just sprayed for roaches,it takes7-10 days to kill the infestation,so you will most likely keep seeing them for a few more days.
