I am renting my beach condo. My husband has been hired by another condo owner to do some work on the condo next door to mine. My tenant is furious that my husband is on the building premises and wants him to leave. She only has another month to go but she says that her vacation is being ruined because the "landlord" is near her working. Is this crazy? she is also furious that we are doing some painting outside the building and had to pout some plastic on the windows.

Worried over that, would be suspicious that something is going on. Heck my landlord's daughter lives next door and he is always there, enjoy talking and having a brew with him.

if you husband was hired to paint next door, that's not her concern and she has no recourse otherwise, hotels remodel all the time and you have to put up with it if you are on vacation, so as far as you are concerned she can pound salt

Some people are their own punishment, she'll be gone in a month so count yourself lucky.

Either she is whacked or doing something she doesn't want you to know about (something illegal?).
She won't be happy unless she gets her way, so have your hubby keep a low profile.
