So, I have a little problem. I was talking to a linksys technical support person. They were trying to help me fix my router when I leaned it over to unplug the cable in the back, and it fell off the top of my desk and landed with a thud on top of my cat. I quickly picked up my router in an attempt to save my poor cat, but it was too late, my cat was dead. I cried for hours. I loved him so much. This is all linksys's fault, if they would've just made a working product my cat would still be alive. I was wondering if I should get back at the bastards and sue them for all they're worth.

You can sue anyone. In this case you would lose. I could sue you for this annoying question. Would I lose.....maybe.

No, you can't sue Linksys....they had nothing to directly do with it falling over and hitting the cat. It would be analogous to suing a car company because you hit a pole while driving your auto the dealership for repairs. Sorry about your cat, though.

no longer sue, call or write the candy producer to enable them to appreciate you acquire expired candy from a save. I actual have had this ensue and easily called the business business enterprise who made the candy. They have been better than happy to replace it with a yet another bag of candy. in case you do sue a business business enterprise they are going to easily bypass the value onto the buyer; you and that i.

You could sue the maker of your cat for making a cat with no safety features such as protection against a router falling on it (sorry).

If this question is a serious one than you might need to compete in the Darwin awards and reunite with that cat.

I strongly encourage you to take this case to the press immediately!!

Give them a chance to explain what a 'frivolous' lawsuit is...

Isn't it a little early to be slamming down beers?

You killed your own cat, doofuss. Sober up.

get a new cat.

it's your own system. just call a person to fix it for you, that's what my family did. It saves the trouble of doing it yourself.
