My friends mom is taking kids to and from school!Lets call her sam. Sam said that shes making us pay 45$. I asked sam if its for a week or a month and sam doesnt no. do you think its a price for the week or a month?? And im only going to school not from so will it be cheaper?? Pleeez help!!!

I would guess for a month, If there is 5 of you that is only $9.00 a month each. Divide that by 20 school days in a month, and you end up spending only .45 cents a day. Come on If you don't think that's worth it, ride your bike to school. I'll pay your friends mom .45 cents a day to take me to work. Heck I will double that and give her .90 cents a day to take me to work! Really that's not bad, and don't you think she deserves that, taking time out of her hectic schedule to pick all of you up and take you to school? Especially when it's freezing out, and considering the price of gas.

month! $45 a week???? where do you go to school, the next state over? $45 a month is fair enough considering that 4 or 5 more kids will be paying this. so that's atleast $180 just to drive a few mile there and back, there and back and time for a month or 20 school days. that's about 900 miles worth of gas right there if you get 15 to the gallon (most cars get more, way more) at $3.00 a gallon.

If Sam is only taking you to school I think it should be for the year! I am a mother myself and I have never charged any of my children's friends for gas, especially if I were taking my kids there anyway. Sam is some kind of friend....NOT!
