Like when your straight friends joke around
or are you cool with it and laugh because you as well think its funny?
or do you go insane and get offended or what?
My friends make jokes with me because they know i dont mind and I am a good sport.
They dont do it to hurt me but they do it for a good laugh. I makes jokes too, i just wanted to knwo about you guys.

i am not offended by gay jokes as long as they don't take it too far (meaning done to hurt me)
like you, i'm usually a good sport about it. i'm freshly out of the closet and for me, b/c i'm a huge joker, it helps me become more comfortable with my sexuality and for my friends who know me as a straight girl to be more comfortable with me liking girls. i know, i know, my sexuality isn't a joke but we all deal with things differently!
plus i kinda give it right back to them, like if my friend is kissing her bf, i'll say something along the lines of OMG heterosexuals!

I like joking around in general. As long as the jokes aren't meant to be hurtful or offensive/attacking. As long as the 'line' isn't crossed, it's ok.......everybody has a different threshold though, so some may get offended more easily.
You don't tell offensive black jokes if you aren't black.....you don't tell offensive gay jokes unless you are gay....I kind of stick with that mentality.

if the jokes are made in jest, then no, I'm not offended.
When the jokes are made in an attempt to anger me, I ignore them or try to answer back in a suitable manner.

Some are good, but some just take it too far. It depends on who I hear it from as well, and more specifically, how gay-friendly they are to determine if they're just joking or trying to be a jerk.

No, because i love joking around and hearing jokes..... and my friends know that i will joke them about anything as well.. So it doesnt bother me.. It would only bother me if it came from an enemy..thats below the belt line..

some are ok. I am usually offended, but my dad always makes gay jokes and I know he's not a homophoeb so I'm not going to get mad at him for it

no, I think jokes that are offensive to some are the funniest. I even say f@g and queer jokes everyonce in a while.

be open minded, it takes all sort to make this world.
they joke and they're just expressing themselves and we might as well get to know them better here.
if it really offends you, tell them and they'll know you better... f\if you like them to...
