It's a life sentence.... He has lost an estimated $100 to $150 million dollars in salary and endorsements, and the NFL commishioner has even given the Falcons the go-ahead nod to seek part of his signing bonus ($22million). Not to mention the time served in jail, and that no team will ever let him on the field again, cause PETA would have a feild day with it.

I doubt Vick had spent his earnings wisely, and has enough money left to bounce back from all this. The Falcons will probably own his 22" spinning rims, and all his other property. Cause aparently, he puts it all in his name. That makes it real easy to take.

I wouldn't be suprised to hear of his suicide shortly after his sentencing. His so called "friends" rolled over on him, his career is over, and his money is gone. He ruined his own life, and I doubt he'll deal with that well.

Hey Vick, get used to this, "Welcome to Mc Donald's! May I take your order?"

HAHAHAHA!

The sentence has not been determined at this time. But you should add to your essay that once the federal prosecutors are done with him, the state of VA plans to have a go at him too. So, even if he gets a lenient sentence due to his plea bargain and agreeing to testify to others that are involved in dogfighting rings, he will have to face the music on a possible 5 years per dog that he hung and drowned according to the state of VA laws. Let's see, that's a possible (he admitted to 6-8 dogs) so lets go on the low end 6X5= 30 years he could be facing in a Va penitentiary.

He hasn't been sentenced yet. He has, however, pled guilty to the charges against him, which could bring a five year prison sentence. But this isn't the worst of his problems.

He has been indefinitely suspended by the NFL without pay. The commissioner opened the door for Atlanta to go after him to pay back the millions in bonuses he received for resigning, along with other monies owed.

Take how old he is from age 21 and give him a year for each year of his stupidity and cruel behavior.

Did you know they steal other people's dogs to use as bait in their midevil fighting rings. As many as 4,000 in Arizona alone.

If you have men who will exclude any of God's creatures from the shelter of compassion and pity, you will have men who will deal likewise with their fellow men."
St. Francis of Assisi

Real men do not abuse women, children and dogs.

He hasn't been sentenced. He will officially plead guilty on Monday, and a sentencing hearing will follow.
I could be wrong, and I hope I am, but I bet he doesn't serve much time at all. 3 or 4 months is my guess.
