roller blading is like swimming it uses every mussel in your leg,s front and back heel,s and toes.swimming uses every mussel in your body not lust your leg,s. rub your leg,e especially the back before you start roller blading with just plain old alchol. it,s called rubbing alcahol. guaranteed to work bob.

muscles dehydrate quickly with such activity...drink a couple of glasses of water or gaterade to replenish the fluid loss and you'll feel much better...
