how do i create a compleatly free website without paying for anything!!!! please help!!!

first you have to make what you want on your web site. You can do this on word or on notepad.

Second of all you have to get a domain name. Since you dont want to pay, i would suggest www.cjb.net for a free one, so your web site name would be www.sample.cjb.net. not bad for a free domain name. upload your files onto there and your good to go
