Yes, of course!! Some purists may disapprove but no one ridiculing you can replace a friendship. I am Irish Catholic and my best friend is Jewish. My family doesn't have a problem with it and nor does hers. She is one of the best friends I have ever had, too. I have also had multiple good friends that were other religions or didn't have a religion at all. There was never an issue and I made some great friends that I have cherished memories with, plus it was a great learning experience for me, seeing other people's beliefs and customs.

OF COURSE!!!! I have millions of friends who are in a TOTALLY different religion to me!! If your so worried you obviously dont like this person or want an excuse to NOT like them...

yeah! i'm catholic and i have a ton of friends. none of them are catholic. as long as your not one of those crazy religious people you shouldn't have to worry about it.
