Here's the worst death I can think of. You were working on a ladder, and you slipped forward and fell into a wall cavity next to a chimney. Just enough room to hold you still. No one can see you. A lathe board has gone through your jaw, and you can't open your mouth to scream. Your wife comes looking for you and sees your finger wiggling through the lathe board. She says, "Okay, I see you."

While you're stuck in this hole, with your finger wiggling like crazy, she lights up a cigarette and begins to talk to you. She complains you that you have never listened to her and that she knows about the affair. She knows about the hidden money you've been stashing away, and about your plans to dump her when the house is sold. She tells you that she's hired a contract killer to go over to "that whore's apartment, have his way with her and then gut her like a deer and leave her for dead."

Miraculously, you slip a little sideways, and now your whole finger now is very visible. Anyone who might come along could clearly see your finger moving.

She laughs at your great luck. She grabs your finger and says, "This little finger stayed home with mommy, so she can prove that daddy's dead. And she put a pair of shears into the wall, and snips at your finger, very inefficiently until she severes it. She pulls the tape from an electrical wires and pokes one end into the severed finger hole and the other she jabs into your calf. She walks across the room and flips a switch. You rock with electricity, but it doesn't kill you.

She grabs a precut piece of drywall, and pulls the wires through a hole for the outlet. She runs screws through it like a pro. And she knocks on the wall and says, "If you're still alive, I'm giving that antique car of yours to my new boyfriend. Oh, and we won the lottery. Six point two million dollars."

You spend six days in that wall. You could see your watch the whole time. They discover the smell and the blood stains on the sixth day. Just before you die, they say, "We'll have you out of there in a minute."

Getting shot in the groin then beaten and thrown against a wall demaned for money then thrown into fire for 8 seconds and drowned in water till your in a coma then buried alive

a smokers death is the worst i've seen- it's pretty much drowning. i would say that burning alive is probably worse though.

Being eaten alive by some animal. I'd hate to end up as food for something else!
AIDS or Cancer (I'd hate to die a long drawn out death).

3. Michael Jackson (this should be pretty self explanitory)
4. Chinese water torture
5. getting poked in the stomach repeatedly
6. getting raped until you die
7. eating/drinking fecal matter
8. ice cream...jk
9. listening to a presidential debate-seriously
10. Egyptian human sacrifice-they ripped your heart out while it was still beating
11. trying to run a sub 3 minute mile

my worst realistic fear is suffocating underwater

Drowning, or burning, or a car wreck death, when I had mine I was trapped in the car for 30 minutes before anyone found me, and it was pretty darn freaky..

yes being burned alive is probly the worst considering the smell of burnt flesh is awful your own would make is twice and tramatic
