the question is just what i said."shouldn't we do away with the electoral college."
nothing more then that.that was the simple question. and they delete me?

I did not read the first question, but being and old guy, I can bet it's because they can not find a good answer to keep the electoral college (EC)! Over the years many generations have ask this question. The history for the EC is old fasion travel and comunication methods, (yes before my time) made it better if each state sent reps to one place to vote for the population in their area. Like proxy voteing. This was great then but no longer needed, since computers can transmit info real fast, faster than a politician can think up his next lie. It is time for all you young people to step forward and vote, let them know who is boss! If you don't know who that is-- it's YOU!! Vote, tell them you have a right to ask the questions and you demand answers - that attitude stopped Vietman, it made Nixon quit -you can change anything - but first get active and VOTE!!!!
