how do you simplify this

it's already simplified.

2x is the greatest common factor of 4x^5+10x^2-6x.
which would give you
2x(2x^4+5x-3)

The expression 2x^4+5x -3 has one positive root, one negative root and two complex roots. The two real roots are irrational so it cannot be factored and so further simplification is not possible.

I suppose you could say 4x^5 +10x^2 -6x is a simplification.
