First find the source of the water.
Water generally goes down, not up.
Is the garage ceiling damp?
Is there an air conditioning unit around?
Look for a condensate leak.
(I hope you find one. Those are easy.)

you cant have a leak under a floor without having a wet ceiling below. Water goes down. I would guess it is coming from a wall onto the floor, I would start there or above. Where's your A/C? Has it been raining?
