I say it is probably the stapes of Kitti’s Hog-Nosed Bat (Craseonycteris thonglongyai) which is also know as the bumblebee bat.

I'm not sure, but it's the bone of the wrist of the human hand. It contain 6 bones. Thus i think, it to be the smallest bone of the body.
