We've all seen it before, you will go to a Indians vs. Kansas city game and see Boston Jerseys, or go to a New York Mets vs. Atlanta game and see Dodgers stuff on? Does anyone else get annoyed by this?

There isn't a law that say you can't wear you teams stuff to a game where their not playing. I saw a giants fan at a Rangers and Mariners game one day.

It doesn't bother me much, if I was at a ML game where my team wasn't playing, I would probably still sport something that says Orioles, weather it's a cap, t-shirt or a jersey.

I'd just a baseball fan there to enjoy the game, I'm not there to be rude or annoy anyone. Even though every game I've gone to has either been one where the Orioles have been playing (even when they're the road team) or one of their minor league teams.

I understand that there are some fans who get a chance to take in a different stadium even when their team isn't playing, it's a chance to take in some baseball and experience a different stadium even if that's a Cardinals hat, a Dodgers hat, or whatever other team.

I have no problem with that so long as you aren't rude and obnoxious and don't impede mine or anyone else's ability to enjoy the game and root for their team.

No. Never even bothered thinking about it. I have preferred teams, but I LOVE BASEBALL. I presume there are many others out there who are similar. Wearing anything baseball is just a way to show one has some measure of devotion to the great game.

On the rare occasions I witness someone wearing colors from a former team (St. Louis Browns, Brooklyn Dodgers) or -- seriously diehard -- a ***** Leagues team, I smile, because those fans probably know a li'l bit more than the typical fan. (Wha chu gonna do about them? Hate on 'em for not keeping up with the times? People can enjoy the game in their own ways.)

I get that feeling sometimes too. I don't understand why a grown man would wear a Mets hat and a Red Sox shirt at a game between the Astros and Dodgers at Dodger Stadium. I guess th e best explanation is that fans want to wear something baseball related, even if it does not relate to the two teams playing

Not really they may just be going to a game for some reason where they are not a fan of either team but they still want to show that they know and love the game instead of people thinking that they are just some guy who really had no clue what is going on.

It's a love of the game period and the poeple may not even live in that city. I know people that travel to other cities just to see the parks and wear their own teams jerseys.

No

I wear my Astros hat to Reds games, because I am too far away from Houston to goto their games, and am not a fan of the Reds or the team playing them

But I like going to baseball games

uh yeah, i went to the phillies game the other day and there was a dude with a like.. basically a yankees uniform on.. he was wearin the hat and the jersey shirt... plus he was sitting RIGHT behind home plate. he doesnt even deserve to have those seats at a phillies game if hes not a phillies or a dodgers(we were playing them) fan

Nope of you are a fan of the team you where the stuff when they win, when they loose, and yes even when you are at a game where your team is not playing.
