I want to clear this up one last time, I see all these questions posted about how VY is so overrated, he can't pass, he's another Michael Vick, etc. The bottom line is VY is a winner. He will find a way to get it done regardless of passer ratings, completion ratios, etc. Don't know why there is so much hateration towards Vince. He gives his team a chance cause he get the ball in his hands EVERY offensive down. Just keep on watching and you all will be believers.

For you doubters, keep in touch with me via email on a weekly basis and I guarantee that crow won't taste too good.

Peter G....What question did I post that was Pro-Vick. My question was about the legality of hunting as a sport. I don't post questions with "angles". I DO NOT condone dog fighting if you need to know. I have posted postive responses about my man Peyton Manning. I would take him over VY in a minute. Let's not make this a racial thing.

I hate VY for one reason - he beat my SC.
As much as I hate to admit it, Texas didn't win that game, SC didn't lose that game - VY just won it. Now with that said, VY left a very bad taste in my mouth LOL. But college is college and NFL is the NFL. In the NFL, he seems to be doing well, despite what his numbers may show - and we all know, numbers often times doesn't reflect the actual performance. I think it's still too early to be criticising or praising VY. Wait til about mid-season this year and I think we'll have a better outlook on VY.

I do agree that a comparison between Vince Young and Michael Vick is a silly one. Michael Vick, at best had a mediocre first year as a starting quarterback for the Falcons. Vince Young's rookie year as a starting quarterback was a spectacular one that any rookie would dream of.

With that said, I think it's far too early to judge Vince Young's career. He's had a one good year, and has yet to prove himself in the long run. There are dozens of players throughout the history of the NFL that have had a single good season, make a giant splash in the sport, and then disappear into the annals of mediocrity. I personally would want to see his performance in the next two years before I tout him as being the next big thing.

I HOPE he's not another Michael Vick in one way. He's Smarter than Vick in that he'll use his arm before his legs. Vick is the exact opposite. He'd rather run than throw. Does he give his team a better chance? Yes, but, let's hope he doesn't make any more mental mistakes off the field. Not staying at the team hotel? He forgot? PUHLEASE!!!! If he does that again, times are going to get tough..

Vince Young is a great athlete but has so-so QB skills. His offense is all but gone, Ds will keep him in the pocket and make him beat them with his defensive reads and his accuracy (either of which is good). The Titans will struggle big time this year, 6-10, and that is if Young makes it the entire year uninjured.

I can't agree with you more a total winner, lineman want to play for him, he can throw the ball well, this year people will see cause he is starting to really understand the offense, but the athletic football ability was unbelievable when texas beat usc he is a winner

Good luck to you, my friend. While I agree that Young is really a very good QB, they need to put a team around him for him to have any success.
Right now, the best WR is a cast-off from another team and they don't even have a #1 running back on the roster.

I agree with your statement on Vince Young just like your Mike Vick and his dogfighting is ok oh wait you don't condone dogfighting but your defending Mike Vick action lol, you can't be on both side of the fence on the Mike Vick issue.

Vince Young is a good QB but his offense lacks talent. Sure he can scramble but there is always a risk of injury and scrambling is small gains. Vince Young has talent but he needs a reciever corp that is talented.

we'll know in about 4 years... he is good because he is elusive, but can he handle the complexities of the job to take it to the next level? will he win a superbowl? or just always only make the playoffs... that's what separates manning and brady from the others...
