Donate to the St Jude's childrens hospital for cancer treatment. Donate to the "feed the children" network, pay the medical bills for children with cancer. Fund cancer research. Donate towards finding a cure for Aids, fund college for kids in need. Feed the hungry.

first thing i would do if i was given one billion us dollars is trade all those dollars in for 100's 50's 20's and 5's it would be too big of a roll to have it in ones.
although i would keep a few ones for the strip clubs

Easy create a mountain stronghold, and hire henchman. Maybe team up with Bill Gates and plot a zany scheme for world domination involving tainted eggplant parmesan...isn't that what everyone wants to do?

Build a theatre to provide free performances (of all types) for whomever wanted to come. Inherent in that, of course, is very good pay for the performers.
