Mine is moving really fast around in my hand is that normal?

Almost all babies are skittish when they are small. Eventually they calm down and start relaxing. I've found a few that are just calm all the time and I usually recommend that first time snake owners try to find ones like that as they tend to remain calm throughout their lives.

Quite normal. The young of most reptiles tend to be more nervous and flighty. They calm down as they mature and with regular handling.

Very normal and as they grow and get older they slow down.
