So every step i take my heel slips out of the shoe and usually goes back in smoothly, but how can i stop the slipping? should i wear nylon socks?? or put something in them? (the 7 and a halfs are too small) so going down a size isnt an option.

hmm i have some that do the same thing.. but, and i hate like repeating the same thing everyone else says but get some gel heel inserts, and they can do the trick, if you can't get to a store soon enouhg, than you can just wear nylon sock, at school, when i get blisters i just take a piece of paper and stick it on my heel..i'm sorry, i wish i could give you more tips..but it's simple.

Honestly, ballet flats are suppose to be loose and that is perfectly fine. I actually like when they slip right out and go back in perfectly. If they didn't slip, how else would you slip your heel in/out of the shoe?

Try the foot care section of your local drugstore. A few days ago I saw some sticky strips meant to keep ankle straps from slipping, that might help with your flats. If you wear nylons they will slip more.

Go to any shoe store, or drug store, and get attachable gel heel inserts, that help your heel from slipping.

Wearing nylons will make them more comfortable but might make the shoes feel more loose. Still the shoe slipping is sexy with nylons so it might be worth it.

get those get heels gripers for your shoe. they have a sticky side so they hang on to your shoe. they are also very comfortable and won't give your blisters. :D
