I want to copy a photo I found in flickr that has the Creative Commons. Under CC, do I have a right to print out a copy for my own personal use if I attribute it to the author?
I will print it at a local photolab, and before printing digital photos the lab has a disclaimer saying if the photo is not mine/is copyrighted I can't print it...

the photo store has the right to set their own rules. Creative Commons is not public domain, and there is a copyright on the source of the file that is being shared. Find a lab that will work with you on this.
