I really don't like dealing with the local government employees. I happen to think the laziest, fattest and least intelligent of the population find themselves working for the government. Common sense does not apply with them; only an easy paycheck and a lots of paid time off. Thats basically it for them.

If anyone should pay off my fines, it should be my employer who is too damn cheap to give me a underground parking spot free of charge. I almost feel I should put the parking bill on my boss's desk. Its his fault if he wants me to come to work on time, and if I have to park illegally, then how else am I supposed to arrive on a timely basis?

What if I just never pay these ridiculous fines? The government already screws me out of enough money. If they want *more* of my money, at least they can scrape off all the homeless scum off the streets, so my walk to work is a bit more aesthetically pleasing.

Anyone know what happens if I never pay?

You could be arrested for failure to appear in court. Also, your license could be suspended. You could also be jailed, and with the elitest attitude you seem to have, that would probably be a very bad thing for you.

Maybe you will get what you deserve for having such an egocentric attitude? I shouldn't have to deal with government workers, I should have a parking spot so I don't have to look for one, I shouldn't have to leave home early enough to get to work on time, I shouldn't have to look at homeless people.

But to your question.
Here firstly they will double the unpaid fine, and then take it to the lawyers and you will be charged extra again, and then if you have a large collection of unpaid fines they will either confiscate goods to the value of the fines (maybe even your car - that would solve the parking problem, wouldn't it?), or you may go to court, and then they may jail you for a number of days, and then you have a permanent criminal record.
All because people have your attitude - even when I do the wrong thing, I shouldn't have to be responsible for the consequences of MY OWN ACTIONS.

oEventually you'll come out to the parking lot and find your car missing. When that happens, check with the local towing company that impounds vehicles for the police department. Expect to pay $$$$ to get it out again.

By the way, the "homeless scum" that you speak of are individuals who are most likely suffering from mental illness. You should be more productive by writing to your congressman and representatives asking that this country return to the day when we provided mental health institutions for our sick citizens. Yes, it will cost tax money, but maybe it will save you a parking ticket too?

Your attitude sounds no different than the local government employees you can't stand. You sound lazy, and lacking in the intelligence area too.

I suggest you get a job at the DMV and see all the egotistical people (like yourself) that you have to deal with.

You aren't intelligent enough to either leave for work earlier, or find another job.

I've wasted enough of my day dealing with your stupidity.
With your lack of common sense, you wouldn't understand what I was talking about anyway.

Suggest you go whine to your psychiatrist about your petty issues.

Depends where you live some of the poosibilities:
One day you come out and find your car towed to an impound lot. You car gets a boot installed making it unuseable until you pay. You get a summons to appear in court. Your drivers license is revoked.

Your license could be suspended. Andy since you have such issues with your local and national government, try moving your citizenship to a different country. A third world country might be a nice, wake-up for you.

depends on the state, but in general you won't be able to register any new vehicles - the current vehicle registration will be suspended. When that happens, you'll eventually have outdated tags on the car and will get pulled over and your car may be impounded.
