You will not travel euro rail, (which does not excists,) you will travel with the Deutsche Bahn and/or the NS, the national companies in Germany and the Netherlands, or with a high speed company running the trains, part owned by them, assuming you want to travel in those countries.

From my research, it varies from 77 to 114 euros; the higher-priced one requires a reservation.
