Social Security Administration has records for on the books employment, sectioned by employer name and wages per quarter for every year of employment. Likely you will need to go to the nearest or most convenient Social Security office to where you live, it costs $20 or so for the print out, a friendly representative there might let you look at his or her computer screen and just write your former employers down. Good luck.

You will need to call each company you've worked at individually and get the exact dates of employment. That is private information and would not be compiled into a single database anywhere.

I'm not aware of any place in the internet with that info. Why don't you write down as much as you can remember, then ask your parents and siblings if they can help fill in the details?

There's no central database of your work life, online or otherwise. Social security and the IRS would have records by year, but not finer than that. So estimate as closely as you can.

indicate on the application that the dates are approximated and you simply don't remember the exact dates.
