Look up on the upper right. There should be a link. There is also a link on the menu bar if it displays. If it does not display, right click the icon between the home icon and the printer icon, click lock the toolbars to unlock, the click the menu bar to select. The menu bar pops up with file, edit, view, favorites, tools and help. Then lock the lock the toolbars.

Its suppose to be on your menu bar up top, but if its not there then right click on any empty space above your web page. Then pick Menu Bar and tool will be one of the pick list. Shoot me an email if you want if you can't find it.

Good luck

Well, it looks like she isn't good at computers so why are you telling her all this stuff about firefox and the toolbar and all that??

just do this...
Start - All programs - accessories - system tools

If you can't find what you looking for in that do this...
Start - Control Panel
