i am on ortho tri cyclen low and this is my first pack and my first time to be on birth control. I am almost to the center green pills, i will be tomarrow, my question is, where do i start on the next pack....just from the beginning white pills again???

So you're getting ready to start your second pack of pills, right? So you'll start it at the beginning (with the first white pill) the day after you finish your first pack (the last green pill).
Try to take them at the same time every day and don't miss one!

Yes you finish your pask and go straight to the start of your new pack. DO NOT skip a pill or take at different times during the day especially the first two months because your are putting yourself at high risk for pregnancy! I have a son as a result from antibiotics use while taking the same pill you are on! So be careful!

Whenever your period starts, you take the first white pill of the new pack on the very first day of your period; or you can take the first white pill on the Sunday following the beginning of your period. I'd go with the first day of your period because it's immediately effective if you do that. If you do a Sunday Start, it takes 7-10 days to become effective.

The green pills are active pills that contain hormones. The white pills are inactive pills. You always start with inactive pills. It is during this week you will have your period.
