Don't use toilet paper. Use towel to dry after washing. Wash towel once a week. What alot of money you can save this way.

Paper is recycled by putting it in water, making a mushy mess and making new paper out of it by flattening and drying.

Tissues and tp are designed to completely disintegrate in water, so they won't work in the recycle process.

I won't even address the germ issue....

Yes. It is reusable. When you are done using it instead of flushing them away, wash them in the washing machine. Don't forget to dry them too.
