This is a difficult question to answer, and you have to be careful how you approach it. The question you need to answer is how do you know this. Were you a part of the marriage, one of the children or did someone tell you about it? Was a police report ever made, and if so was he convicted? If there is a police report and he was convicted then, yes, you should make this know immediately. If there is no record of it then you have to take a much different course of action. You could very easily turn into the bad guy, and bring trouble to yourself. He could sue you for slander, lost wages, and all kinds of things if you report him because of hearsay - you have no direct knowledge of what he did. If you were a part of the marriage or a child and no police report was made it will be your word against his, and could get very messy. I am not telling you to keep this to yourself as it should be made know, but it is a weakness in our legal system if you say something about him it could turn pretty bad for you. Perhaps you could make some kind of comment to the President of the organization or someone at the top that you have some concerns about him dealing with children. It is, at least, definately at least a caution that needs to be made known

Contact the police and write an editorial to the local newspaper. Tell everyone you know to do the same if that gets no results. Just be sure that you are 100% correct before you do this.

I would immediately notify the parents of the children. As well I would also notify the police (as he may have a stipulation to remain away from children) and any children's service agency to inform them. Personally I would confront this individual also and let him know that I was aware of his past and feel that his services should be ceased immediately. Sad fact is that the majority of sexual offenders are not capable of rehabilitation.

I would report him to the authorities, or the Association that overlooks any of the charities being held.
These particular people are not allowed within a certain range of children, and he may be violating an order.

Contact Social Services immediately. And the director of the children's charity. If he's working with children, and you know he's a molester, you should have done that already.

I would report him right away. He might be up to his same antics. If you have pfoof that he abused children in the past, i think you need to log out of yahoo, and go to the proper authorities

Get him out there! That's insane!

Your state should have a website of registered sex offenders. Look him up, print it out and go to whoever this guy's supervisor is and get him outta there.

I'd call the news affiliates in your area too. They would eat this up!

Blow the whistle on him--publicly expose him with proof! Always back your statements up with real, honest, provable facts like arrest reports, convictions, Child protective services documents, things of that nature! Never ever just accuse unless you can prove yourself with actual printed facts! Check your facts too, never go into battle with an untested weapon!

That needs to be brought out in the open quickly if it was proven he is a sex offender and should NOT be in the position to have access to children....ever
