Cleanliness, Courtesy and clean towels. warm warm and good shower pressure. I always travel "well". so I expect the accoutrements that I booked.
And yet, I always wipe antibacterial wipes over the lightswitch, remote, doorknobs etc and spray Lysol on the bed etc. I am a bit crazy from the 20/20 special (and one bad experience)

The top comforter or duvet to be nasty which is why it immediately comes off.
