did u sleep on your sheets or pillow cases lately i always throw those in to a wash like that, or a towel i just used.
there has to be some thing that you can add or something that you dont mind getting bleached like another old shirt or nighty, good luck! even a blanket.
and sometimes i just open my drwers and look for whites like socks that need to be less dingy and throw them in.

I can always find a few things to wash with whites like tee shirts towels and washcloths, but if you cant then its not a good idea to use the machine as it needs at least a few pieces in the tub so it doesn't go out of balance during the spin cycles.

Or you can just skip the spin cycles and squeeze by hand.

Othewise, wash it by hand, hang it to dry.

You could do it by hard in a dish pan with cold water wash,
and hang to dry. Or just use the lowest water level and short cycle in your washing machine.

You have a sink somewhere in your house. Buy some Woolite. Then hand wash it in the sink you found.
