When using paypal if funds are left unclaimed by the seller where does teh money go?

Will it be refunded to my bank or my paypal account or is it still in my bank until the seller claims it?

When you initially pay, PayPal will take the money out of your account (and keep it in theirs)

If the Seller fails to claim it within (I believe) 30 days, the money is returned to you.

NOTE that this can result in YOU receiving Negative Feedback for FAILING TO PAY ..

The fund remains on your account or is automaticaly returned on it.
