You certainly can report her. I would also ask your solicitor to contact her solicitor, and let her solicitor know what type of person you are. Keep in mind her solicitor is paid to listen to her opinion.

Tough one! You can report the solicitor only if there is no legal documents, evidence or reports to prove that the solicitor is right in what they say. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Send a copy of the offending letters to the Law Society, with a covering letter outlining your grievances. Send a copy of this letter to the solicitor concerned.

I don't know about complaining but you can fight like with like- its the name of the game- solicitors put words into your mouth when writing on your behalf to get the judge to take your side- get your solicitor to fight in the same vein if necessary.

She can if she's stating a quote from your ex... however, if its her own personal views, take a copy of the letter and write a letter of complaint to the partners of the company.
If you still get no joy, then take it higher.

she is probably writing this cos this is what your ex has told her you were like. you should reply in a very calm and professional way and ask for evidence of incidences to prove this point and respond with some of your own against your wife.
