All the time. When things are intense at work, I fire up music on my PDA, take a break and tap my feet and find myself getting energized. It is a great way to have a pick-me -up. All kinds of music is good. A song that outright makes me giggle is "Caldonia" a catchy little boogie woogie tune from Lakawana Blues performed by Mos Def....
Caldonia, Caldonia....what makes your big head so hard????? I shared it with my co-workers and we giggled around the office all afternoon.

Actually, I love gospel. Nothing puts me in a better mood than that. I love Shirley Ceasar, Fred Hammond, Donnie McClurkin, Tonex, Trinity 5:7 etc, etc, etc

i like happy up-beat country, rap, hip-hop, and r&b songs.they put my in happy moods, but when im in a sad mood, i listen to sad songs.
