The front transmission pump seal is leaking. But also on alot of Jeep vehicles, I have seen the front pump bushing worn also causing a sealing problem. Also check for a groove worn in the torque converter. It will only get worse, It's best to go ahead and fix this problem now. A new rear main seal would be a good idea also, while you already have the transmission out.

you will need a new front pump seal in the tranny, you have to remove the tranny to fix it, in the meantime cut up a cardboard box and lay it under your truck to keep the oil off the garage floor.

YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE FRONT TRANSMISSION PUMP SEAL AND AT THE SAME TIME IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE THEM CHANGE OUT THE TORQUE CONVERTER AND INSPECT THE PUMP AS WELL.
