I am unemployed and rea;;y can't afford to see my Doctor right now. I am on a 2 month waiting list to see one at a clinic, but in the meantime I am worried about m symptoms. I have missed my period 3 months in a row now, but testing negative for pregnancy. I have gained 10 pounds, and feel very fatigued all of the time. I have cramps that come and go in my pelvic area. It is pretty safe to say that it is impossible I have an STD of any kind. I have a slight increase in appetite, and seem to urinate a little more than usual. I'm not on any medications, the only thing I take is a vitamin once a day, and the occassional tylenol. Thanks-

You said you tested negative for pregnancy. Really it is not possible to say what may be the cause. You need a check up and many investigations. You may be anemic. Thyroid functions should also be checked. An ovarian cyst is also a possibility.
All I can suggest is take a healthy diet to rule out general weakness & anaemia, wish I could be of any further help.

If your symptoms continue, or they get worse before your doctor's appointment, you may want to go to the emergency room. They are required by law to treat you, but it will cost quite a bit.
After you go there, you may want to check with your local health department and/or welfare department to see if they can assist you with the hosoital bill.

aside from the absence of your menses, I'd say those are pretty generic symptoms, and I suspect that as you are unemployed, stress is the major precipitating factor. I would imagine once you are again employed and your life settles down, your periods will begin again.
