Nobody can give you the statistical data on this. Its very natural for everybody to get indulged in expressing there feelings right from the age of 14 and that should give you an answer that practically everybody indulge in relationships either physically or mentally.

Depends what country your in. In general, world wide, most don't. Well over 50% of women (and men) engage in pre-marital sex/intimacy of some kind.

No one knows this answer. It is the right choice not to have sex before marriage for the man and the woman. Sex is only for married people. Sex before marriage is fornication.
