Only answer if you have some insight, I what to know if its a spiritual attack, so this questions I put to any knowledgeable christians about it.

It is possible that you are reaching it yourself in your sleep. In your sleep you are operating on your subconscious and will push harder than when you're awake. Or it's possible you're using something in your sleep. Unless you tape yourself sleeping, I don't know how you're going to find out.

Personally, I don't think that ghosts or "spirits" can hurt people physically mush less in their sleep. That is a Freddy Kruger myth - that you can be hurt in your sleep and show the signs of it during your waking hours.
I believe you may be hurting yourself without knowing it while you sleep. It is farsighted but not unheard of. I suggest you videotape or sound-record during the night to try to find out what it could be. Maybe I am wrong and it could very well be a ghost trying to exact revenge on you... Believe me, I don't claim to know everything about ghosts so anything is possible!!

Do you have any kind of pet that has claws? If you do sometimes when you're sleeping they might sctratch you
Also, I'm not sure for you also but, my cousin gets these scrapes and blisters on her chin when she gets sick, they just appear there, it's not becuase she hurt herself. But mabey you are coming down with a cold or something and you just so happen to get random marks around your body when it happens.

My sister passed away a few years ago and I remember a frend of hers was staying overnight with another friend of hers. And that first friend always got slapped and had her hair pulled and she laughed and told the entity that she thought was my late sister to stop it. But her friend in the other room was more spiritually discerned and knew it was not my sister and told her it was demonic and should not do it. And she was right to tell her that.
Your situation is similar but don't freak out about it. Instead pray for God's protection on you. You are a select few that God allows Satan to bother you in this manner. But He wants to get the glory by delivering you of this demonic oppression. Cause you can help others to get free also through the blood of Jesus Christ and depending on Him alone. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.

yes you are under attack. try first to sleep with gloves and lock your bedroom door and windows. Then you will eliminate yourself as the perpetrator. Check your bedding, is it scratchy?

What is philosophical about that??? I guess it's to decide if you are mentally disabled, hallucinating or simply seeking attention. In the alternative that it is not philosophical GET OUT THE HOLY WATER AND CALL THE VATICAN!

Well, I don't know what kind of arms you have, but I can touch every inch of mine.
I'm pretty sure God doesn't scar people. That's just my intake though. If he did, I can think of some terrorists who would be unrecognizable.
