First, go into the middle of the street(if its not busy) and yell "I'M 18!!". Second call up all of your girls and throw a party. Third, go to either a comedy or a chick flick with your three closest friends.

First of all, happy birthday! I would have a huge party with all my friends and be completely crazy. Maybe a sleepover, like you had when you were a kid. Just like a girls night out!
