It depends on how close we pass. If you're talking about burning everything, then the only remnants of our civilization would be the satellites and probes we've sent beyond Earth orbit and our electromagnetic transmissions (radio, television, etc.) which would continue to travel across the cosmos.
If you're talking about just close enough to kill us all, many of our works would still remain. Particularly those made out of materials with high melting points, the highest of which would be diamonds (their specific cut shapes being the sign of us being here), other crystals, and perhaps some metals.
