everyone is different, i was always very small with my babies dont knock it you will have less chance of stretch marks!

I'm assuming you mean 22 weeks pregnant, and not 22 weeks old. If you don't look pregnant at 5 months, you're one of the lucky ones who carries a baby well. In another month or so, as the baby grows, you'll begin to bulge, and by nine months you'll feel like a balloon with legs.

Baby's size is usually more or less the same, it is the fluid in the sac that gives bulk. Anyway, if you are concerned you should have yrself scanned by USG. If yes, I am sure baby size is normal. Don't worry.
