you just have to wait. or knock on the door while they are in there and ask can you use the dressing room when they are finished that way they will know that you don't like to wait and that there are people waiting on them =) or just buy the clothes and return them if they don't fit right

Say loudly, "Oh no, I'm going to be late for my date!" It won't let you get trampled by people and that you won't get in trouble. I'm pretty sure those women know the urgency for a topic like that. They'll hurry, I'm pretty sure.
Never tried it, but it should work. Thought that would be a cool idea.
