Like when you die does it hurt to be a spirit, or to not be breathing anymore just lying in a coffin 6 ft under ? Can you feel pain or is it like nothing? What do you see when you are dead and how does it feel to be invisible? My little boy asked me that question and I didn't know what to say to him, so what do you think the answer is so I dont say the wrong thing to him?

how old is your boy, and what brought that question on? my best guess it to tell him it is like sleeping and he will wake up.

From what I understand it doesn't usually hurt but they are afraid of electrical storms. I guess you could say it's like being a kid again with so much energy, excitement and freedom. But eventually you miss the things in life you enjoyed like certain foods and a warm hug. Supposedly young ghosts will lay next to someone they like or loved in life as if they're sleeping also but can't close their eyes anymore. They can see each other and passed on animals like faint glowing lights of magnetic energy similar to some movies.

well, it depends on what u believe =)
but i believe that...
When u are in the middle of life and dead, it hurt. I mean, it feels like we are sick or maybe like caught a fever. Depends to our habit while we are life, it will be more hurt to the bad one.
When we are totally die, i believe what we feel will differ according to our habit, again. The nice one will rest in peace. =)
Then we can't feel anything when something happen to our physical body.
Then, after dead, i don't know what will happen to us, but i believe we no longer be able to live with humans (so no such thing like a ghost, it's devil).

I can tell you this, i was in acoma for 5 days. i was in intense pain prior to falling into acoma and after the 5th day when i woke up I don't rember anything. My parents even told me they actually dropped me off the bed in the MRI room and I dont remember anything at all. No bright lights to follow, no angels, no voices, just darkness. My sister was with me talking to me 24/7 and don't remember that at all. So i would think being dead is just like acoma, dark and painless.

The dead know nothing, as told in the Bible...you can tell your son, that when people die, they go to sleep...they are at peace,..just like they are sleeping...and this is in the Bible, and that is what the Lord says happenes to our loved ones...they are lucky, because they know nothing...tell him they are in Gods arms, sleeping...until it is time, for the angels to take them to heaven,...
