I'm bored, and having a bad case of writer's block. Does anyone have an idea for a roleplay, or a story plot in general?

It doesn't sound like you need ideas,honey,what you need is focus.I write myself&I know how frustrating this phase of the experiance can be.Which of these themes,"speak"to you?That's what you have to figure out.A vampire story?Why not?See if you can bring a new take to the genre,that's what editors look for

That is a huge list. Why don't you sit down and brainstorm about them one by one? Write down any silly ideas you can think of. My guess is that you can combine a few of those ideas into a pretty wild story. How about pirates who get marooned on an island and on it they discover humans who over the centuries have learned to morph into animals in order to survive and hunt? Or a kid who gets hit in the head with a trombone slide at band camp and gets amnesia - he wakes up thinking he is a superhero chasing spies. Go a little nuts. Consider it a good writing exercise. Combine at least two of your ideas - maybe three. Pax - C

you can go to www.writingfix.com and it has a little section on its first page where it will give you ideas on what to do. I haven't personaly tried it but others say it helps. I hope it works for you!
