Anything beyond 70% of antifreeze would over cool the engine. You would have weaker heat, and engine would have problem getting to the operating temperature.
I would just drain the coolant system and redo the work.

Look in your glove compartment for your handbook. Under the specification page look and see what your cooling capacity actually is in quarts is before you do anything.
Buy a Prestone antifreeze tester at any auto parts store or at Walmart's automotive dept. Check the antifreeze from your coolant recovery tank after you have driven the car several days. If it reads -30 - 45 below zero leave everything alone. You'll be fine.
If it reads -50 below it's best to siphon off 1 cup of antifreeze from the coolant recovery bottle measure it to in a 2- cup measure on the ground Add 1/2 of what you removed with distilled water. Drive your car a for a week till there's antifreeze color back inside the coolant recovery tank. Test it again. Ideally -30 -45 degrees is "on the money"
If you're super anal It's relatively easy to drain off 1 cup of pure antifreeze from the bottom of the radiator. Replace what you drained off with distilled water in your radiator and or coolant recovery bottle. Drive your car a few days and test the antifreeze from your coolant recovery tank. You should be protected to a minimum of -40 below zero.
If you don't want to bother with this stuff simply siphon 1 cup from the coolant recovery tank when the motor is hot. Add 1 cup of distilled water back into your coolant recovery tank.
Its easy to mix your own antifreeze. Pour half ( there's markings on the bottle) of it into an empty clean dry windshield cleaner bottle and immediately label it as antifreeze. Add two quarts of distilled water into both containers. There, you have two gallons of 50 - 50 pre-mix!
People are paying the full price for a gallon of antifreeze for the convienence of having one gallon of pre-dilluted mix. Robery I say!
Whenever you fluch and drain your cooling system you never get all the flush water out. It's always best to add 1/2 the total capacity with 100% antifreeze first.
Turn on the motor till it begins to circulate. Sometimes it's difficult to even get 1/2 the capacity in because of air pockets in the block, heads and water crossover in the intake manifold. In that case make sure the 100% of half the total capacity goes into the coolant recovery bottle. As you drive the car the coolant will dissapear from the bottle. In that case add distilled water to the cold line and drive it to circulste it into the cooling system. That Prestone $4.95 antifreeze tester is your beat friend forever!

It shouldn't hurt anything except for your wallet. Simply drain out half of the antifreeze and replace it with distilled water. Good luck!

It will decrease the temperature that the coolant will freeze. When the coolant get low next time then only use water to refill it. You can purchase a hydrometer and test the coolant to see at what temperature it will freeze at. They aren't that expensive, and they come in handy. Good luck.

It really will not hurt any thing. This is what i would do. On the inside of you radiator and at the bottom where your bottom hose is. Is what you call a peacock valve. Lo-sen it and let some anti freeze out. Let about half out and keep it for future use and then fill it up with water.

Don't worry about it. You can go up to 70% antifreeze in the system without trouble. Unless you were over a gallon low, your mixture is still in range.

It really depends on what type of car you have. You need to follow the manufactures specifications on what type of antifreeze to use and at what mixture if any. Check your book. If you don't have one consult a dealer.
