Huck Finn is probably the quickest, though not necessarily the most entertaining read. Maybe Emma.

Easiest, hands down, Philip Pullman's The Golden Compass, since it's written for 12 year olds really. It's a young adult book, the first in the His Dark Materials trilogy. In the library or bookstore, it'll be in the Young Adult section, while all the others will be in the Adult Fiction section.
You probably also have time for Huckleberry Finn, which isn't too difficult, especially if you have a sense of the issues of the time (mid 19th century Missouri, so slavery, etc.) or for The Time Machine or The Red Badge of Courage, but that last, while short, is fairly literary and not quite as breezy.
Even though it's probably too long for the time you have left, definitely pick up The Hobbit and read it on your own time. You'll love it!

Huck Fin, Robinsin Crusoe, and The Red Badge of Courage are probably going to be your quickest reads.
I love Emma, but you might get hung up in the language.
My favorite on that list is Gone with the Wind. But it's in no way a 2 day read.

"Gone with the Wind" is out of the question!
"The Hobbit" is probably the easiest read, unless you have an aversion to fantasy. Whether there's anything substantial beyond the story to help you if you've facing questions or essays on character, issues, is another matter.
Philip Pullman isn't for everyone. I like him, but I've encountered strong negative reactions from others.
Robinson Crusoe is probably the easiest read, with a straightforward plot, where turning out a book review with meaningful comments is also going to be straightforward.

Mmm...I like all those books- I often read them when I want something light. They last me an afternoon, maybe. But I read faster than most.
I would go with Emma or The Golden Compass. Unabridged copies of Huckleberry Finn are better than the abridged ones (by far), but more difficult to read because they're written phonetically and in dialects.

Honors kid. Whoop-de-doo. They Cage the Animals at Night: List 10 challenges, one essay on whether the main character's survial is physical or emotional. Jonathan Livingston Seagull: Three assignments that I succeeded at trying to forget. Man I despise that book. Write an essay on my experience to the bookstore. Read a book, write a two page reaction to it. Read another book, prepare a three minute book talk describing the main character's development or the lesson learned. Include a page of quotes for all my classmates. And this is only my Freshman year of high school...

Even w/bathroom breaks, there's no way you can really ead any of these in 2 days.GWTWis especially hard on the kiester,so give yourself ample time to absorb it,in fact,i reccomend GWTW because t's not just a love story. The character of Scarlett O'Hara(or her lack of character!)is the engine that makes the whole thing go right from the opening page, where it begins,"Scarlett O'Hara was not beautiful..." Now, don't be mislead,if you've seen the movie,Vivien Leigh was a tearing beauty, but in cinamtic terms,no less than a tearing beauty could've played the part.I'm surfe you'll enjoy it(except for the blatantly racist depiction of black people of course)

Tough choice. The Hobbit is my favorite book of all time, but you only have 2 days. The Time Machine is probably the shortest of these, which *all* seem to be pretty good books (although I've only read 4). My advice: read the shortest. They all look like winners.
