Two ways to take this. First, it's not all about who I know if I want something to benefit me material or job wise.
Second, it is all about who I know if I am wanting to have fun and need good friends. Here, it is all about who I know and I know good people.

Interesting question. I suppose that it depends on the situation. For instance, if you are seeking employment, it's very helpful to know people that can give you a good reference. It can clearly be an advantage.

Sometimes i think soo..It seems like at least in my area..in order to get a good paying job you have to know someone who works there..or a boss...=p
