I like fall and winter cause I like the cold better then the heat! And you get snow and Christmas! Plus, my birthday is September 7th, which is in the fall! =)

My birthday is July the 7th.
I've always liked summer because I always dream and plan of doing lots of exciting summery things that I never seem to do anyway. However lately I start to detest the heat more and more and I may end up like you liking winter.
After all winter is a an interesting season in its own way.
But somehow I find the fall a bit to melancholic and in spring I feel unsettled.
So I prefer summer and winter best.
If I could delete spring and fall from the year as I delete words and things with the delete key in my PC and copy and paste more summer and winter I would do it straigtht away.

Well, Sweet pea, I hate to break the horrible news, but September 7 is still summer. Fall doesn't come around until September 21!
As for your question: I'm with you! Fall is my favorite season. I like the leaves changing colors, I like Halloween. And my birthday IS in fall: November 14! :D

Here in New England, we have four distinct seasons and each is nice in its own way.
In summer, we have fruits and vegetables, fresh, and you can't beat the summer eating.
In the fall, the leaves turn nice colors and you have pumpkins and apples to look forward to. Put on a flannel shirt and a pair of jeans, and you are happy.
The winter brings Christmas season, with a winter wonderland of snow, so pretty.
In between winter and spring is mud season...everything is muddy and wet. I guess that's the part nobody really likes.
Springtime, everything comes to life again....

I prefer Spring or Fall, when the temps are more comfortable. Spring everything is coming back to life which is nice to see,and in the Fall it's nice to see all the different colors from the foliage.
Winter is nice, too though...except when I have to drive in snow or ice! I think that any season is better than Summer. I hate the heat with a passion.

Oh, I so agree with you. I live in S. California, and I hate it because it's so hot (105 deg today) and the humidity is so thick you could cut it with a knife! I never leave the house unless I need to do laundry or shop, or work. I LOVE Winter. I also love Christmas too, even though I hate all the commercial hype. Happy early birthday! I sleep better in cold weather, I'm happier in cold weather. I love it.

My birthday is September 21st. So we're both Virgos' :).
I do like the fall for the changing of the autumn leaves and the
pretty colors we see along the mountain roads with the trees
all in shades of orange and reds and browns.
But I think my favorite is Spring with the multitudes of color-
ful plants and trees greeting us in an awakening artistic
palate.
