I don't know what is your intent of asking about an African bank's website but just for a guess I would suppose you also received an email regarding big money in an african bank and that the sender is asking your help to get that money. I also have received quite a number of that kind of letter and I simply delete it. Nobody will ever give you money of that magnitude (millions of dollars - wow!). That is plain and simple fraud that if you fall into their bait you lose rather than gain.
