does anyone know if unemployment payments will post to your (state issued) debit card on the weekend? they approved my unemployment yesterday (friday) and released the payment to me, but it isnt available on the card yet? best answer to most detailed information. thanks!

Hmm.... I actually was on unemployment all summer and just finally got a new job, but I had direct deposit into my account, not a state issued debit card. When they e-mailed me my check stub, it would tell me the day the money would be available (usually about 2 days later); however, I think that unemployment varies depending on what state you live in.
